Terms

These terms apply to the use of Allyova, the team management software provided by Allyova. If an individual offer or contract with your company says something different, that agreement takes precedence.

The service

Allyova helps companies organise their team with modules such as tasks, leave and attendance. Which modules your company uses is set out in its offer. We set up your company and switch on the agreed modules.

Contract and prices

Prices are agreed individually with each company. The contract starts when your company accepts our offer. Fees are billed monthly or yearly, as agreed, and invoices are available in the app.

Accounts and access

Your company decides who gets access and with which role. Every user keeps their sign in details private and tells us straight away if they suspect misuse. Your company is responsible for what its users do in Allyova.

Your data

The data your company enters stays your company's data. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We work to keep Allyova available at all times. Short interruptions for maintenance or because of problems outside our control can still happen, and we will try to keep them as short as possible.

Fair use

Allyova may only be used lawfully and for its intended purpose. We may suspend access if it is misused or if agreed fees remain unpaid after a reminder.

Liability

We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Term and termination

The term and notice period follow your company's offer. When the contract ends, your company can ask us for its data before it is deleted.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell your company about important changes in good time before they take effect.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Allyova in Brugg AG, Switzerland.
